After establishing a home in Hawai‘i nearly a decade ago, Dawn and her family moved here full-time in January 2002.

Dawn graduated with a First Class Honors Degree in English from the University of Malaya. She earned a Master’s in American Literature at UCLA before pursuing her doctorate at UH-Manoa.

Dawn held communications management positions at Esso and IBM in Malaysia and Hong Kong. She was Creative Director of one of Malaysia’s leading advertising and PR agencies and headed the start-up of its Integrated Services business. She also won and managed consumer and corporate accounts including McDonald’s, Sterling Drug and the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia.

More than anything else, Dawn would like to be writing poetry. But right now she spends more time playing with words and ideas for the agency's clients as well as brokering partnerships that open up new business avenues for all.
