ja-ne de abreu
Project Coordinator

Ja-ne de Abreu brings to Hawaii 12 years of living in New Orleans where she was born and raised in the heart of Cajun country plus all the additional color of her Brazilian heritage. She has moved back and forth over the years between Brazil, the land of her parents and the United States where she grew up and was educated. She is as passionate about food as she is about broadcast production in all its forms.  She loves to cook up ideas for clients, spicing them up any way she can.

Ja-ne has a degree in English with a specialty in Creative Writing.  She has been in Hawaii for almost 10 years and has worked on many national and international shows in various capacities: from Production Assistant to Executive Producer and everything in between.  She has a teleprompting business and also is a distributor for Sans Digital external hard drives.

Currently she is on the Historical Committee with the Outrigger Canoe Club where she has responsibility for saving all the written archives digitally.  She is the person the agency team turns to when we have the sudden special assignment, the off-island shoot, the one-off unusual project: assignments that Ja-ne embraces each time with enthusiasm, applying the many strands of her multi-cultural upbringing and experience.
