Nathan Leo Braulick

Nathan began visiting Hawaii in 1990 and moved here in 2003 from Los Angeles where he was a partner in the cultural advisory Y-CORE LLP. He is a board member of Hawaii People’s Fund, a community advisor to Equality Hawaii Foundation and has volunteered for Olelo Community Media and Lambda Law Student Association.


He is also an advisor to the Los Angeles / Atlanta-based cultural marketing agency Burns Sowder.


Nathan was born and raised in rural Minnesota, earned his bachelor's degree in American Studies from Hamline University, and directed communications for the visual arts program at First Bank System in Minneapolis. Nathan has served on the boards of the Minnesota AIDS Project and ArtPaper.


Nathan is a big fan of Hawaiian slack key masters Gabby Pahanui, Ledward Kaapana and Makana.
